Need a Web Designer

We need some help. Me and some other anime fans are building an Anime Community site, called "The Anime Mavericks". Sadly, however, We have no clue how to code. So we're turning to the Deviantart Community for help. If anyone can Design a website in PHP and MySQL, and has 2-5 hours a day they're willing to give up, we'd really appreciate your help. Please send me a note with links to examples so i can see what you've got. Thanks a lot everyone.
